A3's capabilities in institutional marketing and communications stems from an understanding of, and matching with, clients' and constituents' perceptions and an equally strong understanding of how to efficiently obtain informative and actionable data. A3 employs market research and analysis to provide guidance for informed decision making on issues as wide-ranging as identification of opportunities, image and branding, core messages, budgeting, timing, publicity and communications strategies to be employed. We utilize electronic surveys, conduct qualitative individual interviews and focus group studies to gain an understanding of the constituency and target market. We then develop our recommendations and carefully design the message to affect branding or elicit a strong 'call to action.'
We also provide media training for the upper staff in order to prepare them for potential problematic areas that may crop up within a college or any professional environment.
